The quality is excellent. The hose it comes with is not much good because it expands enough that when the dog first steps on plate, water shoots miles up in the air so if the dog is a bit timid to start with it’s scared and so a bit hard to teach him because a lot comes out very quickly even if the tap’s hardly turned on. The swelling of the hose shoots out a lot before it settles very quickly. Replacing the hose with a short and non-swelling version solves this issue. This is the only problem I encountered otherwise this is a very good product and I still give it five stars…
