The item is as described. Arrived quickly. Works best in good lighting. Can be written on even when it is switched off but can only be deleted when switched on. I discovered this because there were some discolorations on the screen probably as a result of pressure during shipping. These disappeared after switching it on and pressing delete button. It's keeping the child busy and learning so definitely a worthwhile purchase.
